Your Title: Manager, Decision Support
Who You'll Report To: Director, System Implementation and Support
The Manager, Decision Support will lead a team of business analysts to drive the integration of business objectives with technology.
The Manager is responsible for the management and execution of technology projects, working throughout the organization and across all departments. He/she will lead a team to develop the scope of the work documents and project plans, and effectively manage project roles, resource requirements and deliverables, focusing on providing world-class solutions and customer service to department leaders within the organization. The Manager will have ultimate responsibility for the quality of project deliverables and ensure that training needs are met. He/she will ensure effective communication and relationships with all partners throughout the business.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Experience: At least 5-7 Years of technology and/or BA experience, preferably with a P&C insurance carrier. Management experience required.
Skills & Knowledge:
Working Conditions: Normal business office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while constantly operating a computer and or other office productivity machinery such as a calculator or telephone. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery or communicate with coworkers.
Travel: Minimum, as required.
